Amazing service. Great prices. I bought a jvc head unit. They installed it within an hour and they corrected a short that I had and couldn't fix myself or my mechanic. At no extra cost. They were attentive and knowledgeable. Always keeping me in the loop. They also told me if any issues to return and they would take care of it. That if the head unit would break on me because of the short I had previously then that they would replace the unit at no cost and help me again. I trust them and will continue being a loyal customer.

I went in to buy an adapter harness for an aftermarket stereo for a '94 miata and was sure they weren't gunna have it but they actually had SIX in stock. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and the guy at the front desk was extremely nice and very professional plus the prices are way better than anything ive seen online. Would highly recommend to my family, neighbors, dogs and cats pretty much anybody with a sound system. Will be coming back for all my audio needs.

I had a great experience at Audio Express and wanted to give a special thank you to Jay and Luis. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Their positive attitudes and great conversation made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I’ve brought my vehicle in several times over the years, and it’s always been the same experience—excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their customers. It’s not often that you come across people who consistently provide outstanding customer service while also making you feel comfortable and valued. Jay and Luis went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their help. Thank you both for the outstanding service. I highly recommend Audio Express because of employees like you!

J was an amazing associate. He was patient and understanding answered all the questions I had. He did it super well with following all my request with installing my stereo and all the accessories I asked for. He went above and beyond his job to make me happy. Definitely be coming back. 100% satisfied.

I bought a 2026 Genesis G70 3.3t and like most vehicles bought nowadays, the base was laking. I being a huge audiophile, I knew what I needed. I went to Audio Express as I have done in the past and knew I wanted a Sub with a low profile stance that would not take up too much space as I had a smaller trunk. Even though the seats fold down, I didn't want to have to do that. I found a kicker that met my requirements and I am very pleased with the sound as it matches the beauty of my car! Audio Express did a Great Job of installing the sub with clean work!
